Ingredients

  • 4Chicken breast boiled and deboned
  • 2 cupChicken broth
  • 1 canCream of chicken soup
  • 1 stickmelted butter
  • 1 cupSelf-rising flour
  • 1 cupButtermilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Put chicken in slightly greased baking dish.

  3. 3

    Mix broth and soup.

  4. 4

    Pour over chicken.

  5. 5

    Mix butter, flour and milk.

  6. 6

    Pour this over chicken.

  7. 7

    Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
