put the grill on full wait till heated

slice apples and grate cheese

get a slice of bread toast one side of till brown

with the none toasted side spread a layer of marmite on

add the sliced apple and cheese

wait for the corners to brown and they are done

slice in to tringels (becouse they teaste nicer then )
