cut tortillas into fours

heat either pan with cooking oil or deep fryer

put chips into pan or deep fryer

let them be on there until golden brown or dark

take off and cool down.

mix together cinnomin and sugar

sprinkle mixture lightly on chips

than put a scoop of ice cream on top

now u can drizzle your syrup flavor on top
