Steps

First take bowl add curd and sugar mix it untill sugar dissolves completely. add baking soda and keep it for 5 min.

Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients well. add curd mixture too. better should not too thick or thin. Keep it for five minutes.

Grease the idli molds pour the better and put it in idli stand and steamed it forv 15 minutes at low flame.
- 4
For decoration spread chocolate sauce or chocalate ganche. sprinkle some coloring balls on idli cake.
