Pick the beans properly and pour into a pot and add 2 to 3 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoonful of salt.

Cook the beans for 20 minutes and turn the water,then put another three cups of water and cook

After 50 minutes to 1 hour the beans is soft.

Peel the plantains and wash. Slice them into pieces and pour into the pot of beans and keep cooking

After 5 minutes, add 4 cubes of knorr seasoning, 1 teaspoonful of grounded pepper, 5 teaspoonfuls of grounded crayfish, 1/2 teaspoonful of salt and then the red oil

Leave for 2 minutes then stir the pot of food. Cook for another 20 minutes with timely stirring of the food to prevent burnt.

Then the food is ready
