Ingredients

  • 1 3/4ap flour
  • 3/4sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupapplesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  • 2extra ripe bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash bananas, mix the flour and baking soda together.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, salt, applesauce to bananas

  3. 3

    Add flour mixture in halves

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350

  5. 5

    Butter loaf pan

  6. 6

    Pour batter in and smooth out top

  7. 7

    Bake for 50 mins or until golden brown

  8. 8

    Nuts of your choice optional
