Crispy & healthy Kachori can be served as starter, appetizer or in breakfast.

Steps

Add all ingredients of Kachori dough in a bowl. Mix well.

Add water or milk to knead soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Add all ingredients of filling in a mixing bowl.

Mix all.

Make lemon size balls of dough.
- 6
Flatten it with roller pin in a thin puri. (if require use dry flour for rolling)

Fill 1 tsp filling. Seal it using water.

Form Kachori shape.

Grease baking tray with oil. Place Kachori in tray.
Previous heat oven for 10 minutes. Bake them in at 180° for 20-25 minutes. - 10

Serve healthy Kachori with tomato sauce.
