Chop almonds, cashew nuts and fry raisins and almonds, cashew nuts in one tsp ghee and keep aside. Make powder of cardamom and cloves.

Cook one cup rice in one cup water and one cup milk. Then again add one cup milk and keep it to boil. Make paste of grated fresh coconut by adding some water in a mixer and add it to boiling kheer. Add jaggery powder. Add fried cashew nuts and almonds and add cloves, cardamom powder. Now rice kheer is ready to serve. Serve hot. Enjoy the tasty kheer.
