See if you got fat in mutton or not. In case it is there reduce amount of oil.

Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander, daliya, sesame seeds, dry coconut. Add oil to make smooth paste of it.

Heat oil and add paste in it. Add all spice powder with it and let it cook till mixture become darker.

Now add mutton pieces only and mix it with masalas. Then add stock and add salt accordingly.

When it starts boiling reduce flame to low and let it boil till it shows bright red top oil floating. Serve with garam bhakri.
