Ingredients

  1. 800 gchicken meat
  2. 200 gmaize floor
  3. 3mid size tomatoes
  4. 2medium size white onion
  5. 2medium capsicums
  6. Marrinators as chilli cubes wine of your flavors
  7. Corrianda

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your chicken for five minutes

  2. 2

    Put it on a bowl for 15 minutes as you marrinate with your choice

  3. 3

    Prepare your onion and fey till it's mild brown

  4. 4

    Add your marrinated chicken and stirr.

  5. 5

    Slice well your tomatoes, capsicum and corrianda

  6. 6

    Add them on your chicken then stirr when on cooking

  7. 7

    Allow the mixture to cook for more five minutes

  8. 8

    Remove your pot from pot and allow it to simmer.

  9. 9

    Put another pot on heat plus water (100mls)and allow it to boil

  10. 10

    Add your floor as you stirr and munch for five minutes

  11. 11

    Serve your ugali and wet chicken still hot
