Bread slices 8
Paneer100gm grated
Carrot grated 1 small bowl
Cabbage grated 1/2katori
Capsicum1/2. cut into small
1 tbspTomato cut
Malai 1/2katori
Coriander leaves, green chilli,salt to taste and 1/2 tsp sugar

Mix all above ingredients. Spread butter then mixture on bread slice. Cover it with another slice. Put it in pre heated sandwich maker.

Take it out and relish this yummy sandwich.
