In a bowl whisk the eggs

In another bowl sieve the flour and add a pinch of salt and the sugar and mix

To the egg add the flour gradually and fold slowly

Prepare the baking tin and pour the down and bake for 30mins at 180 degrees

After baking let it cool for 10mins pour the jam on top of the cake and fold. Then slice it
