  • 1 boxDuncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cupManischevitz Blackberry wine
  • 4 eachEggs
  • 1 cupPuritan Oil
  • 1 boxBlackberry Jello
  • 2 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. 2

    Admix the cake mix and jello.

  3. 3

    Add eggs, oil and 1 cup of wine. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan.

  5. 5

    Allow cake to cool.

  6. 6

    Mix powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of blackberry wine. Pour over hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

  7. 7

    Leave in pan about 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool.
