Steps

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to mason jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace, and tightly seal with lids. (The center of each lid will have a concave up bubble that when pressed will appear as a spring.)

Process by submerging in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes or until the bubble on the lid no longer springs backward when pressed.

Allow jars to cool. Preserves can be stored on a shelf as long as the bubble is depressed. Once opened, jars must be refrigerated.
