Ingredients

  • 4(4 oz )cubed steaks
  • 2onions, sliced
  • 1 canno salt- stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupdry red wine
  • 3carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cupsliced mushrooms
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2 mediumzucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray large saucepan with PAM and brown steaks about 2 minutes on each side, transfer to a plate

  2. 2

    Spray same pan again and saute onions until softened. About 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add flour, stirring constantly, until flour is lightly browned. About 1 minute

  4. 4

    Stir in tomatoes and wine

  5. 5

    Add carrots, mushrooms, bay leaves, pepper and steaks. Bring to a boil

  6. 6

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 30- 40 minutes

  7. 7

    Add zuchinni, return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 5- 6 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve steaks topped with vegetable mixture

  9. 9

    WW points= 5. 293 calories

  10. 10

    Serves 4
