Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 6 tbspsugar
  3. 4 tspcustard powder
  4. 5bread slices
  5. For caramel-
  6. 3 tbspsugar
  7. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    At first boiled the milk with sugar till the milk looks yellow in colour

  2. 2

    Now off gas and mix the bread without edges, bread mix with blender

  3. 3

    Cool it room temperature.when mixture cool it completely than add vanilla custard and little heat it not boil

  4. 4

    Now which tin you made the pudding keep it on the heat add oil and sugar for caramel

  5. 5

    Sugar till looking brown then off gas and pour bread mixture.

  6. 6

    Bake it preheated oven to 200degree for 30 min

  7. 7

    After 30min the pudding will gone refrigerator for two hours

  8. 8

    Serve chilled
