  • 3Ripe Bananas
  • 1 tbspWater
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/4 cupMarg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspVanilla
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 2 cupFlour
  • 1 tspCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash bananas with water, let set for 3 mins

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350

  3. 3

    Blend in rest of ingredients with bananas

  4. 4

    Bake for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Muffins: bake 15-20 mins
