Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add garlic paste. Saute till brown. Add onion, mutter. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Add cabbage, carrot, green chillies, black pepper, schezwan Masala, Ajinomoto, salt. Stir well.

Cook till veggies soft. Add 2 cup water. Let it boil. Add noodles. Stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Check when noodles become soft. Add soya sauce, schezwan sauce, cheese. Stir well.

Cheese schezwan noodles are ready to serve. Serve hot. Garnish with chilli flakes & cheese.
