Mix semolina, curd and salt.

Make a thick paste using water.

Keep for 10 minutes.

Add all veggies, baking powder and baking soda.

Grease sandwich maker from oil.

Pour some mixture in sandwich moulds.

Cover and leave for 4 minutes.

Check and turn sandwich.

Cook for 2 minutes more.

Take out in plate and serve hot with tomato sauce
