Aalu ko skin ke sath cubes me cut kar lein.

Cooker me oil garam kar hing or cumin seeds crackle karein.

Green chilli add karein or sath hi turmeric,red chilli and salt daale sath hi aalu add karein.

1/2 bowl water mix karein,or 2-3 whistle aane de.

Open kar baki ke masale mix kar 5 min tak bhun le.
