Take 200 GM corn flakes in large bowl. now deep fry peanut for 20-30 sec in hot oil. Put them to absorbent paper.

Mix peanut and corn flakes together.

Now we will prepare a tadka. In tadka pan add 2 -3 tbsp oil. add dhanya, curry leaves and red chillies. After 1-3 min when curry leaves become crisp add haldi and red chilli powder. Cook for 1 min more

Add tadka to cornflakes and salt to taste as well.

When the mixture cool off add powdered sugar and now give it resting time of 3-4 hour before serve.
