  • Onions
  • Salt
  • Brown vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil matton in a sufuria till all water drains

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and stir

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions stir till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add brown vinegar and salt then stir

  5. 5

    Add beef cubes then stir and leave it to cook for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove then serve while hot with managu
