Ingredients

15 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 3-4Boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 2chopped Tomatoes
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspGhee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in the pan...add cumin and let it crackle...

  2. 2

    Add finely chopped tomatoes and sautey..

  3. 3

    Now add salt and red chilli powder and let them Cook on low flame for 5 minutes...

  4. 4

    Now add potatoes and 1 glass water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame...

  5. 5

    Garnish with green coriander and serve...
