1 cupButter - softened
3/4 cupgranulated sugar
1 eachegg
1 tspvanilla extract
2 1/4 cupAll Purpose Flour
2 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips (mini)

Steps

Cream butter and sugar

beat in egg and vanilla

Gradually beat in flour

Stir in 1 Cup choc chips

Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan

Bake at 350°F for 30-33 minutes or until top begins to brown

Immediately sprinkle with remaining choc chips

Let stand for 5 minutes or until soft

Spread melted chips

Cool for 10 minutes

Cut into squares, Cool on wire rack
