Ingredients

  • 1 cupButter - softened
  • 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 eachegg
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cupAll Purpose Flour
  • 2 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips (mini)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar

  2. 2

    beat in egg and vanilla

  3. 3

    Gradually beat in flour

  4. 4

    Stir in 1 Cup choc chips

  5. 5

    Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 pan

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 30-33 minutes or until top begins to brown

  7. 7

    Immediately sprinkle with remaining choc chips

  8. 8

    Let stand for 5 minutes or until soft

  9. 9

    Spread melted chips

  10. 10

    Cool for 10 minutes

  11. 11

    Cut into squares, Cool on wire rack
