  1. 1/4 kgmatar
  2. 1onion fried paste
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 tbspcoriander
  5. 1 tbspgarlic
  6. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  7. 1 tbspgaram masala
  8. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 1 tbspcurd
  11. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pehle matar ko tel mein fry karle. Ussi tel garlic paste, chopped coriander, onion paste and tonato paste dal usse achhese bhun le.

  2. 2

    Abhi sare masala dal mix karle. Usme dahi, matar dale aur thoda dry hone de.

  3. 3

    Usme garam pani dale jitna gravy chahiye utna. Namak dale aur kuch samay ubalne fe. Aur garam chapati ke sath serve karo.
