Peel plantain and slice into desired shape and sprinkle salt

Heat up frying pan, add veg oil for frying and fry plantain once you are done, make some insertion on the sausage and fried remove once it’s ready

In a small bowl break eggs add salt, pepper and onion whisk and set aside

Heat up frying pan add canola oil and pour whisked egg and fry remove once egg is caked through

Serve fried plantain with sausage and fried eggs
