Ingredients

30 mins

1 serving

200 gomena
1green pepper
1chopped onion
3tomatoes
2 TBScooking oil
1 bunchdhania
Warm water

Steps

30 mins

1

Wash the omena using warm water then boil for with half cup water.

When a little water is remaining. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, hoho and dhania
3

Add salt and add a little water and continue boiling for 10 mins
4

Add the oil and cook for further 3 mins
5

Serve with Ugali
