Ingredients

  • 2 cupspishori rice
  • 1/4 kgpotatoes
  • 1beetroot
  • onion
  • tomatoes
  • garlic
  • oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop and wash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut the onions

  3. 3

    Grate the beetroot

  4. 4

    Fry the onions,tomatoes and garlic

  5. 5

    Add the washed potatoes

  6. 6

    Add some water,till it boils.

  7. 7

    Wash and add the rice

  8. 8

    Cook in low heat.
