Ingredients

  1. 2cupfine chopped spinach
  2. 1/4cupsweet corn
  3. 1/4 cupmashed paneer
  4. 1/2 cupmosrella cheese
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 1/4 tsprefined flour
  7. 1 tbmilk
  8. 2 clovefinely chopped garlic
  9. Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch spinach

  2. 2

    Take a pan add butter saute garlic

  3. 3

    Add corn &saute

  4. 4

    Then add spinach mix well

  5. 5

    Add crumble paneer add refined flour

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Mix well and add milk and cheese

  8. 8

    Cook 1mnt

  9. 9

    Gas turn off &spread on the bread slice

  10. 10

    Cover with mosrella cheese

  11. 11

    Bake or grill2-3mnts..

  12. 12

    Sprinkle oregano &serve hot with coffee. Mind blowing combination.. 😊😊
