In a large bowl, whisk egg yolk with herbs, salt, pepper and cheese.

In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold lightly into egg yolk mixture.

Microwave butter in 7-inch glass pie plate on High until melted, about 15 sec.

Pour the egg mixture in glass pie and also put the vegetables and mushrooms on top.

Cook it for 2-3 min, when top is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, take it out and serve hot.
