  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 1ginger
  4. 1 tspApple cider vinegar
  5. 1 tsphoney
  6. 1 litrewater
  7. 1 tspcinnamon

    Bring the water to boil

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and pour in three mugs

  3. 3

    Sgueeze lemon juice in the water

  4. 4

    Add the garlic,ginger, apple cider,cinnamon and honey in the water

  5. 5

    Let the mixture rest for 10 mins. Serve equally while still hot, before meals

  6. 6

    Enjoy your detox
