Take a high-hipped platter. Put maze flour wheat flour and salt in it. mix them well. now with luke-warm water make dough from flour. now knead it well and give the 15 mins rest

After about 15 minutes, knead the dough again and make big balls from it

Now roll it by rolling pin lightly.. and make 1cm thick roti.

Now heat the griddle and roast the roti both side for 2-2 mins on medium flame not roast it fully.make raw roti

Now remove it from tawa and from the tip of finger and thumb make khooba like picture
- 6
Now again roast it both side on direct slow flame on grill
- 7
When it nicely roast remove it from flame and pour pure ghee in khoobas.. Khooba roti is ready to serve. Serve it hot with any gravy
