Prep all your ingredients

Parboil rice to remove starch and drain aside

Boil water, add vegetable oil, seasoning, pepper and then add rice

Allow to cook reasonably but not over cooked. Set aside

Put oil on pan and fry onion, garlic and other vegetables. Don’t allow to over fry to avoid it been too cooked.

Add rice into the mixture, season to taste

Allow the mixture to fry a bit and your food should be done and ready to serve

I served mine with fried plantain and turkey
