Place shallot and vinegar in a bowl to marinate

Place baguette on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on high and cook the pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.

Season beef with salt and pepper. On high, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and then add the beef to cook until brown on one side (1-2 minutes). Add the shallot marinade and turn beef. While stirring, cook for about another minute.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Spread on baguette and top with beef and peppers.
