1 tbspenglish mustard
1 tbspirish butter spread

place burgers in a frying pan gas mark 4

heat for 4 minutes and turn

repeat step 2

toast baps for 30 seconds and then spread butter

spread mustard on the lower bap and sliced tomatoes on higher bap

place burgers onto mustard bap and close the deal
