Mix gram flour,curd and a little bit water..mix well with no lumps

Add turmeric powder,1 tsp salt,2 tsp sugar,ginger paste,2to3 chilli and mix well

Then add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.At last add ENO

Grease a microwave safe bowl and pour the batter into it..Micro it for 4:30 mins /steam it for 10 to 12 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and chilli...Then add 1 cup water and add remained sugar and salt.

Put it on flame for few minutes. Then pour it on the dhokla..

Serve hot with green chutney
