  • 250 ggizzard
  • 1onion
  • 1large tomato
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • 1greenpepper
  • 1 teaspoonChicken masala
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Seasons

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions in a pan until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add garlic and cook until is tender

  3. 3

    Add the gizzards and cook until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add greenpepper, chicken masala, carrots tomatoes and stir, let the food to cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Add seasoning and salt for taste and cook

  6. 6

    Serve hot
