3 1/4 lbchicken breasts or cut up chicken
1/2 cuplite ranch dressing
1 envelopeShake 'N Bake extra crispy seasoned mix

Remove skin from all pieces except wings

Place pieces in zip lock bag and pour dressing over chicken

Turn bag to coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes in fridge

Preheat oven to 400°

Pour seasoning mix in pie plate and dip chicken in mix, turning to coat lightly

Place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle any remaining seasoning mix over chicken

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until 180° F
