Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 1/4 lbchicken breasts or cut up chicken
  • 1/2 cuplite ranch dressing
  • 1 envelopeShake 'N Bake extra crispy seasoned mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove skin from all pieces except wings

  2. 2

    Place pieces in zip lock bag and pour dressing over chicken

  3. 3

    Turn bag to coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes in fridge

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 400°

  5. 5

    Pour seasoning mix in pie plate and dip chicken in mix, turning to coat lightly

  6. 6

    Place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle any remaining seasoning mix over chicken

  7. 7

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until 180° F
