One of the most versatile dips I've made! You can litterally use this in just about anything! Not only is it a great dip but I toss it with pasta, used it on my quesadilla and added it to a green smoothie!

Ingredients

1/2 lbsilken tofu, drained
1 cupsour cream
1 packagespowder garlic salad dressing mix
1stalk green onion, chopped
10 ozfresh baby spinach

Steps

Puree tofu, sour cream, salad dressing mix till smooth.

Add in spinach & green onions and puree until blended..

Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

Serve with small slices of french bread or crackers, vegetables or toss with pasta.
