Cooking Instructions

First beat the eggs in a bowl and sprinkle some salt on it to taste whisk the mixture until foamy and put it aside.

Now put a non- sticky pan on a medium source of heat, add enough cooking oil and chopped onions to fry till light brown.

You pour in the egg mixture, spread it to cook while lifting and do not STIR, then turn on the other side again to cook which is done in the interval of 1 to 2 minutes.

Remove it from the heat, spice it up with the chopped tomatoes, now ready to be served with bread and tea alongside. Enjoy your meal
