Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1 tablespoonoil moyan ke liye
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. Bharawan ke liye ingredients
  6. 2 cup boils matar ke dane
  7. 1 teaspoon jeera
  8. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  9. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  10. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl and add the Mehta 1 tbsp oil and mix well and add the water mix well and convart the soft dough

  2. 2

    Ab ek Kadhai me 2 teaspoon oil garam karein and add the jeera, coreander powder, red chilli powder and add the matar and paneer and mix well. add the salt amchoor powder Ar achhe se mix kar Le. gas ko band karke stuffing ko thanda kar Le.

  3. 3

    Ab maida wale dough se chhoti balls lekar gol bel Le Ar beech me 1 teaspoon stuffing rakh kar potli li shape me bana lijiye.

  4. 4

    Ab in potli ko deep fry karna hai iske liye ek pan me oil garam karein Ar potliyo ko goldan brown hone Tm fry kar Le.

  5. 5

    Then now serve to hot potli with green chutney and to me to cachup.
