Empty the mince into a bowl and squish with your hands

Add seasoning to taste. I used 2 tbsp cumin, paprika, mixed herbs and ground pepper. Also 4 gloves of garlic.

Add half a finely chopped onion and squish everything together again.

Roll into balls and set aside

Empty tins of chopped toms in another bowl, the other onion half finely chopped, and season again to taste

Everything's ready, so fry up the balls, boil the spaghetti and drench the balls in sauce when cooked.

Once sauce is heated.. plate up!
