  2. 1/2 kgboil matra
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbspred chilli
  5. 1 tbspamchur
  6. 3_4 green chilli chopped
  7. 2onion chopped
  8. as neededCoriander leaves
  9. 1/2 tbspimli water

    For kulcha- it's ready made so when we serve we have to roast it with butter and serve it.

  2. 2

    Now boil matra.and take a big bowl add first matra chopped onion green chilli red chilli salt imli water amchur.mix it well.garnish with coriander leaves now ready to eat...matra kulcha.
