Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1/2 kg.boil boneless chicken
  2. 2bay leaf
  3. 2clove
  4. 1badi elaichi
  5. 2 tbspbiryani masala
  6. 2 tbspred chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 5-6Split green chilli
  9. 3 tbspginger garlic chopped oil as used
  10. 1/2 kgbasmati rice soaked
  11. 3_4 sliced onion
  12. 2_3 drop kewda

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice by added whole garam masala rice should 1/3 boil.

  2. 2

    Wash chicken and boil the chicken add ginger garlic salt red chilli in boiling it boils for 15 MN in slow flame.

  3. 3

    Take a kadai add oil heat now add bay leaf chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Fry it add ginger garlic badi elaichi add boil chicken fry it well now add half boil rice one layer rice one layer chicken add red chilli salt biryani masala.cook for 10 mn in low flame.

    When it Cooks mix it and add 2_3 drop of kewda for fragrance...chicken biryani.is ready to eat....happy cooking
