Ingredients

  1. For pulav
  2. Chopped Vegies
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot,
  4. 1/2peas,
  5. 1/2cauliflower,
  6. 1/2potato
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds
  8. As needed Curry leaves
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspOil
  11. 2 cupRice
  12. For curry
  13. 500 gTomato
  14. 2 Chopped Onion medium
  15. 1 inch pieceGinger
  16. 1 tspDeghi mirach
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. if requiredRed food colour
  19. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pulav:- Heat oil, add cumin seed, bay leaf, add onion, satue it. Add veggies cook 2-3mins, add salt, water, rice cook well.

    For curry :- heat oil add curry leaf, add ginger paste, saute it. Add onion paste, cook well, add tomato paste, cook well, add some water, add salt deghi mirch, cook well.

    Add water for consistency. Cook well garnish with cilantro.

  4. 4

    Serve with pulav
