1 1/2 cupsoaked sunflower seeds
2 1/4 cupcoarsely chopped zucchini
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cupolive oil
1 tspginger juice
1 tspsea salt
2 tspcumin
3 clovegarlic
1 pinchcayenne pepper

Soak the sunflower seeds for 8 hours then rinse.

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
