Grind the sesame seeds with the S-blade in a dry food processor until it is a creamy tahini. Set this paste aside in a bowl.

Finely mince the garlic with the S-blade in the food processor.

Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and zucchini and blend until nearly pureed.

Add the tahini back in and blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
