Boil, peel n mash the potatoes. Add salt, asofoetida, spices, crushed chilies n ginger, chopped Corainder leaves n mint leaves. Mix thoroughly and divide into 8 equal portions.

In a separate bowl mix maida, oil, salt and water to make a soft and sticky dough.keep it aside for some time.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion with the palm of ur hand and place the potato filling in the centre.Seal the Kachori properly by extending the sides of the dough.Round the kachori and flatten it gently.

Heat oil in a kadhai for frying. Deep fry the kachori on a medium flame till golden brown in colour. Remove n drained off the excess oil.

Transfer in a serving dish.

Serve hot or cold with green chutney.
